AC Hair Co Policies.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of a 24 hour notice. If you cancel within the 24 hour window of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the appointment scheduled with the credit card on file. I understand situations arise that are out of our control at times, with that being said, the 50% of your service will be applied to your account when you reschedule.
No show, if you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment scheduled & it must be paid before re-booking that appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL: I understand things happen but unfortunately if you are 15+ minutes late you are required to re-book your appointment. Time is everything. If you are late then that reflects on every other client that is scheduled that day. Now, if you are going to be late that day due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
CHILDREN: Children are welcome when they are receiving a service.
RETURNS: Products & services are non refundable. Appointments for hair adjustments must be made within 7 days of service. Products are guaranteed for 30 days, if a return is needed, you may switch your product for a new one. I strive to make sure that you will always leave with what will work the best for your hair and your lifestyle.
Sickness/COVID-19: If you are sick or have been exposed to sick individuals, we ask you to please stay home. There will be no penalty with cancellations due to sickness or COVID 19.
